• Flower stems are chosen seasonally — specialty or premium blooms (e.g. orchids, king proteas, preserved flowers, white roses) require at least two weeks’ notice and may incur extra cost.

• We require 48–72 hours’ notice to prepare.

• If couriered, items are sent at buyer’s risk — store in a cool, dry place overnight (do not refrigerate) for best results.
